Claims report for the year 2021

GLS General Logistics Systems Slovakia s.r.o. in this way in accordance with § 28 par. 6 of Act no. 324/2011 Coll. on postal services, publishes a report on the submitted claims, their content and the method of processing in 2021.

GLS General Logistics Systems Slovakia s.r.o. also in 2021, despite the enormous increase in the number of transported parcels, focused on maintaining and constantly improving its services. Thanks to the ongoing modernization and expansion of technologies for processing and sorting, expansion of the GLS SK depots network in Slovakia and their constant and regular control, we managed to maintain a stable parcel of 0.104 recognized claims per 10,000 parcels transported.
