Claims report for the year 2022

GLS General Logistics Systems Slovakia s.r.o. this way in accordance with § 28 par. 6 of Act no. 324/2011 Coll. on postal services publishes a report on submitted complaints, their content and method of processing in 2022.

GLS General Logistics Systems Slovakia s.r.o. even in 2022, despite the enormous increase in the number of transported parcels, focused on maintaining and constantly improving the quality of its services. Thanks to the ongoing modernization and expansion of technologies for the processing and sorting of parcels, the expansion of the GLS SK depot network in Slovakia and their constant and regular control, we managed to maintain a slightly improved result – the number of 0.099 recognized complaints per 10,000 transported parcels.
